Torin Darling Brazzle is a Samford University alumna with over 22 years in grants management and 26 years in resource development, having secured $43 million for Alabama's disadvantaged communities.
In 2019, she founded IGNITE! Alabama to empower marginalized small business owners and nonprofit leaders, helping over 1,400 individuals secure more than $3 million in loans and grants.
Torin also serves as a Zoning Board Commissioner for Birmingham and has received numerous accolades, including the 2022 Diversity & Inclusion Award from the Birmingham Business Journal.
Beyond her professional work, Torin values her roles as a wife, mother, and community leader.
